Refund & Cancellation Policy

AIMatcher sells one-time credit packs only — there is no monthly subscription and nothing renews automatically. Credit packs are listed on the pricing page with their exact price before you confirm any purchase. If you hold an older subscription (Premium or VIP), it stays valid until the end of the period you already paid for, and you can cancel it at any time as described below.

• You can cancel at any time from your account settings, or by writing to us at info@aimatcher.cloud.
• Cancellation stops all future charges. There is no cancellation fee.
• Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for — you are not cut off immediately.
• We do not require a phone call, a retention offer, or any minimum notice period to cancel.

• Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Write to info@aimatcher.cloud and we will answer within 5 business days.
• If a charge was made in error, or you were charged after cancelling, we refund it in full.
• If you were unable to use the service because of a technical problem on our side, we refund the affected period.
• We may ask for the email address on the account and the date of the charge to locate the payment.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

• Credit packs are a one-time purchase and do not renew automatically.
• Unused credits stay on your account and do not expire while your account is active.
• A credit pack that has already been spent cannot be refunded, because the corresponding actions were delivered.
• If a credit purchase failed to deliver, or you were charged twice for the same pack, contact us and we will fix it.

If a renewal payment fails, we retry it and notify you by email. If the payment still cannot be processed, the subscription is cancelled and your account returns to the free plan. You keep access to anything you already paid for until the period ends.

Nothing in this policy limits any right you may have under the consumer protection laws of your province, state or country, including any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation. Where such a right applies and is more favourable than this policy, that right prevails.
