Terms of Service

By accessing or using AIMatcher.cloud ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use AIMatcher. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not create multiple accounts or use automated methods to create accounts.
• You may not share your account with any other person.

• Impersonating another person or entity.
• Providing false information during the AI Matcher profile creation process.
• Attempting to manipulate or game the AI matching algorithm.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the Platform.
• Automated scraping, data mining, or collection of user data without express written permission.
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the Platform, including introducing malware or viruses.

AIMatcher uses artificial intelligence to create a personality profile based on your responses during profile conversations. This AI profile then engages in autonomous conversations with other users' AI profiles to assess compatibility. You acknowledge that: (a) AI-generated compatibility assessments are suggestions, not guarantees; (b) the AI may not perfectly capture your personality or preferences; (c) you are ultimately responsible for your decisions to connect with other users; and (d) we do not guarantee that you will find a match.

• AI conversations between profiles are designed to explore compatibility across multiple dimensions.
• Match recommendations are generated algorithmically and may not always be accurate.
• You retain control over whether to accept or decline any match recommendation.
• Your identity is protected until you choose to reveal it to a match.

The Platform, including its design, code, algorithms, branding, and content, is the exclusive property of AIMatcher.cloud. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express consent.

• Premium and VIP plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support for refund inquiries.
• We use Stripe for payment processing. Your payment details are handled securely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions are grandfathered at their current rate.
• Failed payments may result in downgrade to Free plan after a grace period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

AIMatcher.cloud is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. We are not responsible for the actions or conduct of other users, whether online or offline.

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues before pursuing legal action.
